How do I take out an Eye10 subscription?

To subscribe to a plan, simply navigate to the Pricing page. You can then choose from our available plans and features

How can I find out which Eye10 subscription I have?

Log in to your Eye10 account and navigate to the view profile menu button. Then click on the billing info button. You will then be able to view your membership details which contain your subscription level. Alternatively, you can go to the pricing and plans page, where you will see the current plan you have subscribed to.

How can I upgrade or downgrade my subscription?

To upgrade or downgrade your subscription, log into your Eye10 account and navigate to the Pricing page. You can then choose ‘Update Subscription,’ and you will be taken to a Stripe billing page where you can make the changes you want.

How do I reset my password?

On the Login page, click on ‘Forgot password?’, enter the email address associated with your Eye10 account, and a recovery email will be sent to that email address. You can also change your password when logged in by going to your profile and clicking on ‘Change Password’.

How do I change the email address associated with my account?

At this point, you cannot change the email address associated with your account. We will update this section once the feature is made available.

How to update my credit card information?

Log in to your Eye10 account and navigate to the Pricing page. Then click on ‘Cancel Subscription.’ This will take you to a Stripe Billing page where you can add, update or change your default payment method.

Where do I find my payment history and invoices?

Log in to your Eye10 account and navigate to the Billing page. You would then see your past payment history.

How to cancel my subscription?

To cancel your plan at any time, go to the Billing or Pricing pages
